We have learnt from our Customers that they consider service support to be one of the most crucial concerns when deciding from whom and where to buy a Machine Tool. All manufacturer’s new machines will carry a Warranty, but this will normally only be valid if installed within the area of sale. With the increasing restrictions on moving high-tech machine tools around the World especially the Middle East together with the task of keeping your investment fully operative…it pays to have the good quality local support that Passtech Machine Tools Ltd, can provide. 

That is why Passtech Machine Tools has been building up its resources around its support personnel. All of our service staff are experienced Machine Tool Technicians. They continue to receive further training while working for the company both from Passtech and our Partners.

Renishaw Ball Bar (CNC machine diagnostics & circular calibration), Renishaw Laser setup of machine tools (Axis Alignment Calibration including Ball Screw mapping) for Certifiable accuracy. Passtech Machine Tools can certify customers machine tools to ISO/ASME/VDI requirements for machine tool standards, and API manufacturing standards relating to oil & gas manufacturing.

We have direct access to both the European spare parts warehouses and the main factories in the far east so we are able to obtain spares in a quick turn around based on their stock.  We also have a growing stock of first line spares within our Sharjah warehouse.

For those customers wishing to purchase non machine spare parts such as chucks, bar feeds, work holding equipment etc we are able to offer tried and tested products designed to suit your machine tool.

All machines have 12 months warranty on spares and labour, under normal contracts of sale. However, although today’s machine tools are generally reliable, they will always perform better over a longer period of their life if they are correctly maintained. To this end we are able to offer a programme of Service Contracts designed to suit customers within the G.C.C. State.

Passtech Machine Tools works alongside HSBC Bank plc to offer customers financial services.  We can work through Documentary Letters of Credit or Forfeiting. We can discuss ways of supplying credit over extended periods or direct loans via HSBC. Our team of experts will work with you to ensure that your latest Machine Tool investment with Passtech has a minimal impact on your cash flow whilst maximising the efficiency of your investment.

Under certain circumstances we are also willing to consider part exchange on machines.

Passtech Machine Tools prides itself on offering some of the best and most productive equipment available within the CNC Machine World. To maximize the returns to be gained for investing in such equipment it is imperative that the personnel in charge of that investment are trained accordingly.  In a modern world where electronic controls and techniques are ever involving Passtech Machine Tools offer our customers the opportunity of training courses designed to keep their staff as up to date and efficient as their machines.

All candidates have to be trained to a standard level of Engineering competence for acceptance on to our courses. Courses are held within our own Training rooms located in Sharjah or can be held at the employers own address.

Typical courses run are :

• Fanuc
• Renishaw probing systems and metrology
• Modern Tooling Systems (being Kennametal distributors, the systems are  biased towards Kennametal but not exclusively)
• Programme control within modern environment
